ABOUT ME
I am a qualified and registered psychodynamic psychotherapist, accredited by the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and a member of the Association for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy in the Public Sector (APPPS).
My practice is built on a foundation of extensive training and over a decade of experience working with a diverse range of patients across private practice, the NHS and charitable organisations.
This has given me the opportunity to help patients from all walks of life addressing a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, adjustment to life transitions, parenting concerns, workplace related issues, medically unexplained symptoms, etc.
I completed my training in inter-cultural psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. I also hold a Postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychology.
Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I earned a BSc In Business and Economics and worked in the business sector where I gained valuable insight into the pressures and emotional demands people often face in their professional lives along with strivings for identity.
Beyond my knowledge and experience and most importantly, what truly drives and guides my work is a sincere and authentic interest in people. And I am continually inspired by the uniqueness of each person I meet and will consider it an honour to walk alongside you on your journey towards a more fulfilling and joyful life.
My practice is based in Archway, North London and I also provide online sessions.
